ACCESS BARS - In person only
I absolutely love this process - it is by far, one of the most effective modalities to help with stress, mental and emotional stability, and sleep. My daughters and I have experienced great relief from PTSD with only a few BARS sessions. It releases stored thoughts, feelings, and patterns - all the mental "noise" that keeps us stuck in pain loops.

Access BARS is a one hour in-person session. Lying down comfortably (fully clothed) on a gravity chair, I gently touch 32 points on the head in a sequence that promote an incredible sense of relaxation. Most people tend to fall asleep.
